​The property was originally purchased in 2019 with the intent to restore the old farmhouse, that had been vacant for 70 years, and renovate the barn to turn it into what you see when you come and visit. So we decided to turn this beautiful property into a farm/vineyard.

The property was originally owned by a long generational family that owned much property in and around Winchester. The family had many livestock and orchards on and around the property.

After purchasing, the process to transform the property began, starting first with the small structures that were not salvageable, which is one of the reasons why you see our fireplace by itself.

One of the first structures to be taken down was a smokehouse that the fireplace was attached to; the fireplace was in good condition, but the building was unsalvageable; now we have a patio to sit and enjoy summer nights on to enjoy with friends and family. The second structure was a small animal shelter that was no longer in use.

The barn was the first building to get revitalized. All wood on the outer shell that was salvageable was used again in many areas inside the barn to provide a d.j. balcony, as well as a hallway to the dressing rooms. The lower level was cleaned out from the livestock that used to inhabit the area and laid with new pavers to make it not only accessible, but to bring out the beautiful stone walls that surround 3/4 of the lower level. Not long after this, we added another patio to the upper level that includes a sidewalk that connects to the lower level to make it accessible for everyone. We have not stopped there and are continuously making improvements to our property and venue. We hope you love it as much as we do! ​​
